NLP Brisbane Company Policies & Service Charter
Complaints: NLP Brisbane has a strong commitment to resolving disputes in a way which meets the needs of all parties involved. In the case of a dispute or grievance, a facilitator will be brought in who is agreed to by both parties, who will be responsible for facilitating the process in order to resolve or manage the conflict.
Finance: NLP Brisbane's fees relate specifically to each course and service.
Refunds are issued if the course is cancelled or postponed for more than 1 month unless otherwise agreed with client. A client is required to give 1 months notice in writing prior to commencement and will be refunded full amount less $295 admin fee. Any other refund will be considered individually.
Intellectual Property & Plagiarism: We give credit where credit is due by referencing & referring all work. We require correct referencing by students in all written work with the correct use of quotations. We respond to all proven plagiarism with refusal to certify at any level of NLP training.
Safety & Emergencies: All training locations used by NLP Brisbane adhere to Workplace Health & Safety Standards. This is addressed at the beginning of all NLP Brisbane training courses including consultation and monthly practice group meetings. We are aware people require additional support in difficult situations and will do all we can to ensure your needs are met.
Sustainable Solutions: We are committed to working with our clients to assist them in finding suitable and sustainable solutions. We support personal ecology with our training & consultations. We perform well-formedness conditions and information gathering upon commencement of each training and consultation. We support client driven learning & experience.
Research-based Practice: We work to ensure that all practices utilised in the company are supported by up-to-dateresearch.
Free Assessment: We offer every individual and company a free assessment. This is a no obligation assessment outlining relevant solutions we may offer.
Integrity: We uphold the highest standards of accountability and integrity in all our professional and business conduct.

Information: All work is explained in full prior to commencement. All foreseeable consequences are explained in full. We inform our clients of outcomes as early as possible.

Confidentiality: Your privacy is important to us. We maintain the confidentiality of client records. All NLP Brisbane staff sign confidentiality agreements. All client files are kept in a locked and secure filing cabinet within the NLP Brisbane office.All systems for recording student enrolments, attendance, completion, assessment outcomes (including Recognition of PriorLearning), results, qualifications issued, grievances are maintained and records properly archived. NLP Brisbane is aware of the importance of these records and will ensure that adequate back up procedures for soft copy versions of files are carried out.
Continuous Development: As an ethical and quality provider of accredited training, NLP Brisbane is committed to the ongoing development and training of our staff and all our clients. Our trainers must have completed their training and continue to train with John Grinder and/or Chris & Jules Collingwood. We are committed to continuously review and updateour training courses. We conduct market research and client satisfaction surveys to ensure we meet the highest standards at all times. Trainings, education, service, administration and company policies are rigorously reviewed annually to ensure quality service is being provided and compliance is met.
Outcome Focus: Your needs are important to us, and we work with you to clarify your developmental outcomes so that we can ensure that any services we provide will give you the outcomes that you want. We are committed to teach in an experiential fashion. Our outcome for students is to provide emergent learning. It is most important our students have theNLP processes and patterns they have learned on board and can do NLP, not just talk about how do to NLP.
Training Delivery: All of our training and consultation delivery meets the industry standards and the standards of Inspiritive Pty Ltd. We promote and encourage emergent and experiential learning and support pure, content free NLP.
Customer Relationships: We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of customer service. Our emphasis on building business through relationship means that the lasting support we provide to clients is second to none.
Administration: Information pertaining to NLP Brisbane clients will be not be provided to third parties unless authorised inwriting.
