Process Oriented Coaching
An Accredited Coaching Qualification for Managers and Consultants
This five day nationally accredited program has proven a solid foundation in communication skills and human performance for individuals effectively coaching self and others. During this training, participants learn natural, high quality skills for working with individuals and groups, along with increasing their personal effectiveness and performance. This program changes workplace culture.
Process Oriented Coaching, as the name suggests, applies NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) technology to effective and efficient coaching. It provides the human thinking tools for problem solving, outcome elicitation and implementation, producing measurable results. This workshop offers an ecological approach to teams, leadership, problem solving, responsibility and accountability. The program also includes how to work content free in your place, creating a unique and highly effective opportunity to refine management skills.
We approach our coaching with the awareness that management and executives already posses the required levels of knowledge in their business. They do not require coaching in their own content. We do not profess to be experts in every industry. This is what differentiates Process Oriented Coaching from other coaching programs.
